Great! Here's how it works.
You can add store credit in increments of $100. You can "purchase" this store credit by:
- Paying in person at one of our 3 farm weekly farm stands (we accept, cash, check or credit card at the stand)
- Mailing a check to Thornfield Farm, 3092 Blue Ridge TPK Fincastle, VA 24090
- Sending money to email@example.com via paypal
Once we have received payment for your additional store credit, please give us at least 24 hours to update your account. Store credit updates have to be completed manually on our end and might be further delayed during peak farming season, so please contact us via email if you are unsure of your account status.
Finally, you may notice that when you run out of store credit you will have the option to pay by credit card on the site. Please don't take this option. It is costly for us to accept credit cards on the site and we are intentionally working to cultivate the program based on "store credit", which sustains our farm over the winter and is an essential part of our business model. If you run out of store credit your membership will be "lapsed", and you won't have access to the store until you update your account.
